T1

The T1 bridges the gap between the full-scale T0 and the more compact T2, delivering much of the realism and functionality of the T0 within a significantly smaller footprint. Key driving controls—including the primary handles, switches and buttons—are incorporated as physical hardware, while the surrounding cab structure and operating environment are reproduced virtually on high-resolution displays. Less frequently used controls, such as isolation switches, are accessed through intuitive, paged touchscreen interfaces. This hybrid approach reduces space requirements while retaining the functionality needed for comprehensive driver training.

Ideal for training centres where space and budget are important considerations, the T1 provides a highly realistic and effective environment for both initial and recurrent driver training. It offers an excellent balance of fidelity, flexibility, operational capability and cost efficiency.
